Valuing WED/NCST

Valuing WED/NCSTLet's see, calculating: WED owns 13.7M of 18.3M NCST shares or 74.86% of NCST. S/p of NCST now ~US$4.50 /.96$US/$C = C$4.69. Market Cap of WED's share of NCST = $4.69 x 13.7M shares = C$64.3M; There are 94M WED shares o/s; Therefore, value to WED of its NCST holding = $64.3M/94M = C$0.68 per WED share. Right now (10.45am ET) WED is trading at C$0.74, so at a slight premium to its NCST holding value, by my calcs at least. Yep, nice to have some positive WED news for a change.
