RE: Please keep this in mindAksel, the story is GREAT! But the fruits of those efforts are 3.5 years in the making with no end in sight. UBS is not pushing the suit....... sad really. Had they been keeping the pressure on, we wouldn't have seen a "notice to disconnect" come about. The first one to deliver the blow is usually the one to come out of the battle alive. We are now in retaliation mode. I am looking forward to Monday/Tuesday. I'm also looking forward to September, November and December. Good Luck and G-d Speed! D-man.
