This one will crash and burn!

This one will crash and burn!as far as I am concerned with this company is that it will lose business. A continued downturn is in order, I recently purchased Karpersky antivirus software to load into my computer to take the place of Norton Antivirus Corporate Edition. The reason is that Norton antivirus allowed spyware to get by the firewalls and into my computer, the reason is Norton does not give hourly updates for virus protection. I tried to uninstall Norton Antivirus corporate edition only to find that to uninstall is next to impossible, try going onto symantec's site and try to info on uninstall or for that matter try to talk without paying and getting jacked around to a tech service rep.....This is basically strong arming their customers by creating an antivirus software in which it is a virus itself by going into your computer like tenticles of an octopus. it is extremely difficult to remove Norton Antivirus Corporate Edition from my computer. I find this company gets business through their repeat customers only because of their programming does not allow a competitor antivirus software into their computer. I have reformat my hard drives because of it and to hire a service tech to do so in order to lose any of my accumulated 10 years worth of data, it is costly at 400 dollars to remove Symantec's Norton antivirus, they don't make it simple to remove their program and to me this is poor customer relations. I sooner pay the 400 bucks rather than to succumb to these kinds of practices. The reason why I am posting this is because I would like to hear from other readers that have had a similar problem hence a possible class action suit against Symantec for conspiring to "crowd" out competitors much like what Microsoft went through a few years back.the costs do not stop at 400 bucks I have valuable info that is worth thousands and if it is lost because of the reformating of the hard drive then the mitigating factor is the difficulty in removing Norton Antivirus Corporate Edition On Target Everytime with a Bullseye
