RE: news

RE: news July 23, 2007 Exploration Update on Lone Pine Molybdenum Property, and Grouse Mountain Omineca Mining Division, BC Vancouver, BC - Mr. Eugene Beukman, President of Bard Ventures Ltd. ("Bard" or the "Company"), is pleased to provide an update on the Company's exploration projects located in British Columbia. Lone Pine Property SJ Geophysics has provided Bard with their interpretation of the results from the 55 line kilometer 3-D Induced Polarization (IP), and ground magnetometer surveys recently completed on the nearby Lone Pine prospect. The magnetometer survey has indicated that the Quartz Breccia zone occurs in a strong depression within a broad moderate magnetic high. Additionally it appears that the bulk of the mineralization discovered in this area to date is also on the southern flank of a moderate chargeability high. The Granby zone appears to be located in a magnetic embayment or depression on the northeastern edge of the broad high magnetic anomaly. The Alaskite zone appears to be aligned on the southwestern margin of a strong chargeability high. A roughly linear northwesterly trending magnetic high is associated with the mineralization found to date in the Alaskite Zone. Several geophysical targets have been identified in this latest round of work, and Bard is currently permitting a 10,000 meter NQ diamond drill program on the Lone Pine prospect. Grouse Mountain Property Bard Ventures has commenced a 3D IP geophysical survey on its Grouse Mountain Property (the "Property") which is approximately 15 kilometers to the North of Houston, BC, and adjoins the Lone Pine Property. Bard is exploring for vein style zinc/copper/silver mineralization and molybdenum mineralization similar to the Lone Pine Project in Middle Jurassic aged volcanic and volcano-sedimentary rocks of the Telkwa formation. Data compilation has been initiated on the Property, and all historical data will be integrated with results from the current IP survey prior to the selection of drill targets. A drill program is planned for the Property for this Fall. Exploration work on the Properties is being conducted under the supervision of Qualified Person Jim Miller-Tait, P. Geo.
