Question the the boardThis was the opening para of the June 26th announcement:
Goldnev Resources Inc. ("Goldnev" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:GNZ) is pleased to announce that it has reached agreement with a private Alberta company to invest though a farm-in agreement a total of $5 million to explore and develop two oil shale permits totaling 155,443 gross acres (6 3/4 townships) located in the Pasquia Hills oil shale region in Saskatchewan.
My questions are:
1. Who holds the permits
2. Goldnev can earn up to 50%, who has the other 50%
3. Is the private Alberta company known
I read on a Sask government site that there are at least 112 companies involved with this area. However, don't quote me on that is I will need to read this again for a fuller understanding.
TIA and thanks
