Now, what I do not understand is why the company would NOT register the December 2006 shares with the SEC, knowing full well they would have to dilute the remaining shares by issuing 10% more of them. What's up with that? Do any of you out there understand why the company would want to do this? Do the purchasers have a "cozy" relationship with management which would explain them being granted 10% additional shares and warrants, essentially for free? The Vicositor is still sitting around doing nothing. I'm an engineer myself and I guarantee you it is not believable that Biles is doing this unintentionally. There is a purpose to these actions -- and it cannot be in the shareholders best interest insofar as I can determine.
