I just went back to the company website and downloaded the fact sheet. Working from memory I had plugged in a fully diluted share structure of about 65 million shares in my estimates. According to the fact sheet there are only about 53 million F/D so either that sheet is out of date, or I confused the numbers. So you are correct, the market cap is even more impressive in terms of the upside potential we can look forward to. How GCU has managed to survive the bear market years, and still keep the share structure so tight is an achievement on its own. This company is a model for the industry in how to do business and create shareholder value.
