CUU Cash flow

CUU Cash flowSorry, but I have to participate in the number game. Suppose they mine 100,000 tpd. It might actually be 150,000 tpd in the end. What is needed, and was totally absent in your calculations, is the value of the rock. The 100,000 is not copper, it is rock. In the beginning, they will mine around 0.70% cuEq including all metals. Hopefully, they will find a higher grade portion. The value of this is around 55 US$ per ton. The cash cost is probably 10US$. So let us saqy that the cash flow is around 50 CAD per ton rock. This gives a total cash flow of 5,000,000 CAD per day. CUU's share is around 23% if Teck participates fully. This leaves around 1.15 million CAD per day to CUU, which is a phenomenal number. What will probably happen is that Teck will buy us out, unless we are too expensive. Cheers.
