It owns five mineral claims that make up the Aspen Gold Property, located in northern British Columbia, Canada. It owns mineral lode claims and certain mineral claims and interests in leases known as the Black Rock Canyon property.

RE: News . . .Go back and read Redcap's post re herpis. Cold sores are usually treated with over the counter drugs. As for the one year it is not for the drugs but for the option to purchase shares of the other company. If the drugs are successful(developed satisfactorily) then IMM can benefit from the success of the the( so called one that matters), USA marketing by it's investment made in this news release by way of the option to purchase 10 million shares.
