OT: More on NR sources

OT: More on NR sourcesTo follow up on a recent post regarding timely access to news releases, I subscribe to Canada Newswire's free e-mail service at https://www.newswire.ca/ You register your e-mail address and the companies you're interested in with them. When a company issues a news release through CNW, it gets e-mailed to you. I keep my e-mail client (Outlook 2000) open all day and have it check for new messages regularly. This gives me an early headsup on news. In addition, I use Stockwatch and Stockhouse's portfolio tracking features to send me e-mails whenever they become aware of company news (covers the companies not using CNW).These are not as timely as the CNW announcements, but they are generally timely enough.
