Work program starts at La Verde... YLL – TSX.V News Release #07-18 August 2, 2007 YALE STARTS WORK PROGRAM AT THE LA VERDE PROPERTY Yale Resources Ltd. (TSX-V - YLL and Frankfurt - YAB) is pleased to report that it has started its first field program at the newly acquired La Verde Property, located 45 km northwest of Hermosillo, Sonora State, Mexico. The work program is programmed to last 3 months and will include the rehabilitation of the La Verde Grande Mine, detailed sampling within the mine, sampling of the other known workings within the project, prospecting, geological mapping and property wide sampling. It will be supervised by Yale’s Exploration Manager, Julio Lopez, and utilize a project geologist, two junior geologists and two sampling crews. “Historical records indicate that skarn mineralization is much more widespread that was originally thought. Many of the old workings and target areas have been covered up or overgrown over time and we are going to make it a priority to identify as many targets as possible in this first phase of exploration”, stated Ian Foreman, P.Geo., President of Yale Resources. About the La Verde property: The La Verde Property covers 2,200 hectares (22 square kilometres) and contains at least six known deposits that have all seen limited production. This includes the historic La Verde Grande copper-zinc-silver-gold mine, a skarn deposit with a pre NI 43-101 historic resource of 459,551 tonnes grading 2.29 % copper, 98.54 g/t silver and 0.38 g/t gold. In addition to the possible extensions to the La Verde Grande mine, the La Verde property has considerable exploration potential as there are five other known deposits – the La Verdecita, San Louis, El Picacho, La Tescalama and La Verde – that have seen limited production. Ian Foreman, P.Geo, is the Qualified Person, according to National Instrument 43-101, for the La Verde Property and is responsible for the technical data mentioned in this news release. All ‘Historic Data’ is presented for reference only and should not be relied upon as it pre-dates NI 43-101. On behalf of the Board, “Ian Foreman” Ian Foreman, P.Geo.
