Victoria Gold Corp VITFF

Victoria Gold Corp. is a gold mining company. The Company’s flagship asset is its 100% owned Dublin Gulch property, which hosts the Eagle, Olive and Raven gold deposits along with numerous targets along the Potato Hills Trend including Nugget, Lynx and Rex Peso. Dublin Gulch is situated in the central Yukon, Canada, approximately 375 kilometers (km) north of the capital city of Whitehorse. The property covers an area of approximately 555 square kilometers and is the site of the Company's Eagle and Olive Gold Deposits. It also holds a suite of other development and exploration properties in the Yukon, including Brewery Creek, Clear Creek, Gold Dome and Grew Creek. The Eagle West target area lies as close as 500 meters northwest of the main Eagle Gold Deposit and hosts the exposures of the granodiorite. The Raven target is located at the contact zone at the extreme southeastern portion of the Nugget Stock. The Brewery Creek Project is a past producing heap leach gold mining operation.

RE: CJames-agm notes

RE: CJames-agm notesApologies - meant to post earlier but the 31st was also our year end at our business. I was at the AGM, with several others (Norge and 3cpxpro - who is working at a fuller picture for you all for early next week, so stay tuned!) - chilledjames asked me to post these brief notes after I updated him (he couldn't get up for AGM). AGM. - from my notes - apologies for brevity Saw the changing of the guard - outgoing replaced by incoming. Mood relaxed. Met Raul Madrid and a flock of the geos (Marcus etc) + the reno IT guy (sorry, can't remember your name...inbox me!) Raul was introduced as the Temp. CEO and General Manager. He was a bit diffident about the titles...I think prefers Gen. Manager. Really nice man - obviously a hands-on kind of guy. After a short break - which saw the exit of the old guard, he mentioned that this was the first time that he has been encouraged to speak. he then talked for three+ hours. It was great - he had good stories! Saw the beta for new website...they say up in two weeks. Went on to say that for a number of reasons, VIT will focus for now on these properties: Cove-McCoy, Mill Canyon, Black Canyon, Relief Canyon and Summit. The following are not going to be worked on right now: 4th July, Seven Troughs, Hilltop. From a producing perspective, he is most interested in structural systems of over 55 metres - as this promises enough grade to produce a mine. He outlined the diagonal east/west trends...but also talked about the north/south trends that feed them - and that they were often surprised at what they have found. Cove-McCoy - looks good - he describes it as an inverted happy face - a large diagonal cigar with a north-south extension. I believe that you will be able to see the schemata when web goes up in a couple of weeks. Happy about limestone at depth. Mill Canyon - this could be huge. a multiplicity of targets - his favourite RJR (named for Ralph Roberts) has outlined 26 targets...did 4 hit 3. Black Canyon - big - has a number of visible targets ranging in size from 80 to 655 metres. Grades to 108 opt (3699 grams per tonne)!!!! Summit - thinks could be very interesting - permitting in about three months. Hilltop - incomplete but again next spring Relief - they experienced difficulty in getting target - but the last hole, which stopped 300 feet short of their goal, has not been lost...they will complete when they have a bigger drill (drills and crews are a real issue at the moment...as is cash, as ever). (VIT BB readers will remember this as the hole that caused such consternation a while back). It kept coming - I am hoping 3cpxpro kept better notes than I did! Overall - I found Raul a hell of a nice man - passionate about what he was doing and not an egotist. It was good strategy to bring the geos to show them the ropes about a public company (good strategy...THIS is what fuels us!) I think, in all fairness, that they could not say much, given that not all share-holders were in attendance - but it felt like they were relieved that they could say more than they used to. I could have stayed for another hour or two - but Raul ran out of voice...which is why we thought of the beer (too late!). I think that he is passionate about his team and what they are up to - I think they believe that they have it. I am hoping that the new Board of Directors are in fact the movers and shakers that it is said they are. I am hoping that there will be enough cash to get something solid in the cross-hairs to make the first mine...which will finance the rest of what looks like an extraordinary group of properties. There is more - I am sure Norge has another take on it (his wife was also diligently taking notes)...and 3cpxpro was motoring! I feel a lot more reassured now than before the meeting. Not so much in what was said, because obviously they have to be cautious, but HOW it was said...and that Raul was allowed to speak. I think that a fundamental change could be occurring...and it looks good in my very humble opinion. Best, el d
