I bought a few shares at 3.10 a little before close and thought it was a good deal. I would have loaded up a lot more at any price under 3.00. I doubt there will still be an ask at 2.50 tommorrow unless NKW did the placement at an absurd price. I would like to have seen NKW offer similiar private placement deal to the current share holders at large. Quite sure that many would bring more money to the table for company and there wudn't be as much money absorbed(lost) to the deal makers. tradition has it a pp is usually followed by a round of free incentive shares for management and directors. When pp price announced be sure to call sarah if you think company shareholders got burned. If it was done well there shud still be enuf pie for everyone.
