Compania Minera holds rights to the Santo Domingo II and Nombre de Dios mining concessions, located approximately 80 kilometers northwest of Guadalajara, the capital city of the State of Jalisco, Mexico. It also holds a net smelter royalty of 0.5% on properties located in Hislop Township, Ontario.

As of March 31,2007, Stroud had $1.4 million in the bank (from SEDAR) and a portion of that had to be used at Hislop since the money came from flow through shares issued and must be used for Canadian exploration. I'd be surprised if there's $1 million left as of June 30,2007. Once again, my calls to management go unanswered...
