RE: Just around the corner

RE: Just around the cornerIMO a long term view is advisable, when investing in Reits. I'm reminded of the spring of 2004, I owned Summit and it clawed its way up to about $22, only to plummet 3 or 4 dollars on "interest rate fears". So of course I sold in a panic. Big mistake! Since I did want to own it long term, I then chased it to re-buy as it went back up. And the analysts mostly hated Summit since they bought property at any cost, ugly industrial buildings, no per-unit growth, bla bla.. Eventually taken out at a premium. IMO the only thing wrong with Whiterock, and I've harped on this before, the good results are predicted by management, but not yet seen by us. This too, shall pass, it will take time just as it did with Summit. Time is your friend when a divvy is coming in every month. Only my opinion
