Well said Canonball. Exploration would be cut back if oil were to even stay below 65 dollars. At 20 dollars something else would have to fuel cars, maybe the crap spewing out of that article. Nobody really knows the answer to how much 20 dollar oil there is in the world, but the market tells us it isn't much. Other articles predict a crises in 2011, when I look at all the new SUV's on the road, I know which theory to believe. A lot of production will be going off-line within the next few years.
