What about the private placement @ $6.85
What about the private placement @ $6.85When the deal closes at the end of August/beginning of September, won't all these shares get sold very quickly and bring the stock price down for a bit? I want in on this company, but I'm thinking that I'd be better off waiting.
Opinions?
