My 2 pennies....

My 2 pennies....1. I do not think that this price action has anything to do with a PP. Reasons have already been provided in earlier posts, but I just say take a bigger picture approach and ask yourself whether doing it at this price makes sense. It doesn't since they don't need the cash nor would they wish to offend the previous PP subscribers. Plus if you were the directors, you wouldn't want to dilute the company further for obviously weak prices. The last financing also seemed unnecessary back then, but it turned out to be perfectly timed IMHO! 2. The reason we are down here is obviously the overall market condition and Berlanga selling a bunch of his shares. There's also a lot of weaker hands taking profits as well. And how can you blame them, with a lot of uncertainty and this stock was $0.50 around this time last year? Also who's to say that some people aren't freeing up cash for other discounted stocks out there. 3. I do agree that there has been some price manipulation at this level but only for small-time accumulation or short covering. And this is easy to do when the volume is as anemic as it's been. 4. Another reason we are down is because we don't have institutional interest or analyst coverage yet. And you know what, that actually makes me happy! I would much rather be in on a company BEFORE the big boys have started buying since they are the ones that move the market, not us retailers. And they will be buying FROM us, rather than selling TO us, which will get the price up further/faster. I know of other stocks that have huge institutional holdings, and they are also down in this market. But when it turns, who'll be buying, since they're already in? 5. Personally selling at this level makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. The fact that none of the big insiders (i.e. Ken, both Rons etc.) have been selling is a huge sign to me. Remember, their options, PP shares and warrants are priced a lot higher than today's price; and these guys are bright guys. I suspect we'll get news to drive a proper valuation soon. Which is why I've been buying all that I can during this correction and have been able to triple my holdings while lowering my average. 6. I think because of this correction there are a lot of burned investors out there. And when they do return to the market it will be to "value or quality stocks". AUN will show profitable cash flow and an updated resource which is a lot more than all of those moose-pasture spec stocks out there. The best way to take advantage of today's metal prices is to be selling metal NOW, not years from now. Okay that's all my brain can think of right now..... And if anyone is going to the meeting tomorrow please provide an update. J$
