RE: RE Talking 30 butIt did brokethrough $0.20 and reached $0.24 several weeks ago. Penny stocks never go up for ever. It goes up, then pulls back, form a base and then again with positive catalysts goes further up provided company does have emerging fundamentals. BIO has already formed a strong consolidated base here and I believe if the news coming is strong the stock will hit 30 cents level. But that's my guess only. This BB will be pretty busy in coming weeks. Do your own DD.
