It would be a good buy-back opportunity at this point. In this market who knows where this is going despite its very good record. If the q2 numbers are good then this may be a good place for shelter seekers to pile some money in the interim for good future returns on increasing dividends and SP appreciation (which has got to come once this market mess gets sorted out). smts
