Primary Symbol: PSP

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the Red Rocks Global Listed Private Equity Index. The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities (including American depositary receipts (ADRs) and global depositary receipts (GDRs)) that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index is composed of securities, ADRs and GDRs of 40 to 75 private equity companies, including business development companies (BDCs), master limited partnerships (MLPs) and other vehicles.

RE: What this one worth?SmCap99: Agreed with you on a TTM basis. That's how we got to where we are on SP. Recall that they grew earnings and revenue at over 20% year over year. Also, they added a large chunk of US business and did some needed cost cutting/rationalization. This should result in a 2008 growth more in the range of 30%. Add in the possibility of some large contracts in this growing market (security products etc) and I think 2008 is worth the wait. We could see $2 best case, $1.30 worst case IMO. I also think that they could demand a premium if they get a big contract (20x) because of the growth potential long term.
