RE: long time watcher

RE: long time watcher I certainly agree that the market downturn was expected and as always that happens every August. However, that does not mean that companies should wait for some one else or better yet market to achieve their goals. All good managements know that good ground work is the key. To be more specific, agreements, PPS, drilling schedules to name a few are done during the summer (off months). Good executives take vacations in the winter and work during the summer, while amateurs do the opposite. Needless to say all the preparation is done during the summer. Sit tight and hopefully ground work has been or will be done by September. As far as most long term investors are concerned usually by mid September if SP is stagnant leave the boat on time and jump to another. Many of us have paid the price dearly for not recognizing market signals, they are best indicators and most of the time go with the flow. Pumpers are all over but we as long term investors must ignore them at all cost. This is my point of view I stand to be corrected or may be added more examples of good suumer work. Again long term investors sit tight at these prices but don't sell, because with low August volumes you won't be able to buy back. AS one poster would say do your own DD.
