MVC, located in Chile, has a long-term contract with the El Teniente Division (DET) of Corporacion Nacional del Cobre de Chile (Codelco) to process fresh and historic tailings from El Teniente. The Company operates in one segment, the production of copper concentrates under a tolling agreement with DET.

::Selling at PE 4.6 with 6% return on a dividend. Give me a brake. Whose selling at these prices?:: HyperAtom, They could be selling to cover their losses elsewhere or could be just herd mentality. If 100 people all of a sudden jump up and start running for the exits in a movie theater, are you going to remain in your seat and continue watching the movie? People feel safer if they run with the herd even if they don't know where they are going.
