Lucky5 Answers: Silly and Rhetorical Question
Lucky5 Answers: Silly and Rhetorical QuestionYou pose silly and rhetorical questions, ignore the substance, do not provide any information of value, and draw erroneous conclusions and then question whether I am a genuine shareholder. Give me a break, please. And I thank the previous posters. We all want the share price up and believe in the properties. With regards to your post Luck5:
1. “You are hallucinating and driving away some of us buyers at the present market price. [Silly and erroneous conclusion]. The substance of my post confirms my belief in the true value of the Polish concessions and I want management to acquire more. How does that content scare shareholders and when did any comments on any bullboard drive shareholder actions to buy and take the place of real DD? Belief that my comments move the share price, particularly since their basic nature is informative would be hallucinating and delusional.
2. “Do you know Wolfgang? Can’t he speak for himself.”? [Rhetorical]. Of course he can speak for himself and has done so. I have communicated indirectly with Wolfgang and know other who have spoken or emailed him directly. He has spoken “himself” to our Directors and other shareholders concerning his wishes and as of 7-10 days ago would complete the 4.5% acquisition. But our Directors pasted a resolution not to exercise any option and announced this fact. I guess that you did not read this communication,
3. The Director’s did not explain their reasoning but have told callers over the phone that even the 4.5% was not exercised because of the exchange. We all know that the 6% was a problem because of a clause that DE drafted that made Regent’s responsible for funding if we owned 51% even thought the additional 6% was approved by the exchange—read the announcements. The exchange is NOT the problem with the 4.5%.
4. “Are you speculating or what?” [Silly and rhetorical]. How course I am speculating, how would I know the real reason that RW and DE do not want the deal. I suggest you talk to Ed to see whether he favors the acquisition. I only know that the exchange is NOT the real reason for why this transaction has not happened when clearly, we shareholders will benefit no matter what else happens. So why don’t you find out the real reason.
5. I even gave credibility to the tar sands deal by suggesting that management get the share price up before financing with Haywood if that is the plan. I find the tar sands suspect, but maybe RW will pull something off that benefits shareholders. Clearly the insiders don’t believe that anything of substance is occurring and that is why our share price is low. Financing at these levels, if you believe in the Polish concessions, is clearly a sweetheart deal. You don’t think so?
6. I see, if I have questions and suggestions, I must not be a “genuine shareholder” [Silly and bashes me personally]. Except my previous record speaks volumes and yours on the other hand is very suspect. I know that you do not care but one more post of the character of this last one—you will get to be on my ignore list.
So Mr. Luck5, give us some information that can be verified. Most of the other posters on this board using the inbox function know my reasoning and facts and so should you. I believe in the assets and believe that management is trying to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.
I am trying to "encourage them" to do the right thing but can't seem to get their attention and so like dealing with a mule, I am striking them up side their head so they will at least pat attention. If they wake up we will all prosper. DO THE DEAL---4.5%
