Jerry, The only way that I know of the reach to SH is through the "Help" at the top of the page, and then you go to the bottom of that page and click on "feedback" form fill it in with you comments etc. I've done this in the past,for other stocks, and the response from them, via e-mail was basically, "Due to the large volume of questions and requests..." I'm STILL waiting gumby1116
