proinvest.

proinvest.Ok, you can disprove my view on the last PP? Do it. Please. Because in my veiw a good financing deal is not the spark that ignites a 60% drop in share price. The day after it was pushed through and closed, the stock started it's fall from $1.95 . The only reason it actualy matters to me at this point , is that past financings usualy give us all a strong indiction on future financings. Let's be liberal and say the next big PP they do is announced when FNI gets back up to $1.00. Is the PP going to be at $1.50+ ? Of course not. honestly , do you even know how these kinds of financings get done? Do you know where the shares go? Do you realize that most of the shares and warrants get transfered to offshore "Companies" of the subscribers so they can freely and secretly dispose of them without paying any Canadian taxes? Anyway, how anyone could possibly claim that the last financing was a good deal for shareholders is just a desperate long term guy making a fool of himself. It was a bad BAD deal... just look at the chart and it will speak volues , if you open your mind.
