Best time of year to drill?

Best time of year to drill?Im just wondering if anyone knows what are the advantages and disadvantages of drilling precious metals such as a gold are, in the winter vs summer vs fall ect (Assuming its an area of the world with cold winters such as canada) Is summer the best time to drill? or does the frozen ground of winter provide any benefits? ect?
