Accuray''s Cyberknife cancer robot

Accuray''s Cyberknife cancer robotThese guys have produced some remarkable technology. It's a robot, radiation treatment and MRI all in one. It treats cancers that were previously not treatable because of the constant movement of tumours. Now I don't mean the tumors are running around, but for instance in lung cancer that patients breathing tends to be a problem. Accuray has solved the problem with this robotic arm that actually tracks the path of the tumor through any movement such as breathing, or any involuntary moving such as a muscle spasm, hiccup etc. It tracks it with pinpoint accuracy and administers radiation treatment at the tumour directly. Sales are increasing rapidly. Company is now making a profit after their last quarter. They have a huge back log in the queue. Somewhere over $500,000,000 worth! Worth taking a look I would say! And with the recent sell off in the markets, it's cheap like borsht right now. You can pick them up under $14. This ipo'd in the spring at $18. So the only people getting out now are losing their shirts. Should be a good level of support at $18 once we start moving back up. Cheers, Skyhigh
