Black Rock Venture Buy Out

You are correct that Black Rock Venture was bought out by Shell. (Approximately the year before France's total bought out another oilsands stock.) My comments about Bill Carrigan's advice not to buy Black Rock Ventures, to a caller on a Mkt. Call show at the time, was accurate, as he doesn't like to buy into spikes. Sometimes that would be the correct advice, but when stocks run up in price on a high volume, it is equally good advice to recommend buying it.
