CMM's sp is down to 054 right now. Kooler, What matters is who will rise from the ashes. Given the recent court decision it's clear that all SUE will be left with is a team of lawyers. CMM will have at least 4 operating mines and options on several more. SUE's lawyers will have done well, though. The shareholders will be left holding the bill for a dream where a company manager is able to sell them a mine, for a pittance, without shareholder authorization.
