RE: Option timingJust my guess, but I would think the issuance of the shares to Hothschild created additional room under the cap for options. If I was running the company, for sure I would want to get the best possible price for my options, and the fact that we are in the midst of a bigtime correction overall sure made it an opportune time to grant those options. I do not see any conspiracy at all, and just about every junior on the Venture takes full advantage of the allowable options to grant, and most likely at the best possible price to do so. I am not a big fan of such a generous options policy for junior mining companies, but it is what it is, and I have no axe to grind with management for taking full advantage of the cap that is currently in place. cheers!
