RE: New BNN web siteI had a similar problem and it took several days to resolve. I contacted BNN and they sent me a couple of pdf files which I can forward to you (message me with your email) since neither the BNN help manager nor his backup will be back for a couple of days. You need to update to the latest version of Adobe Shockwave (which fixed my problem but wasn't in their instructions), as well as turning off the ad blocking if you're using Norton Security and switching the connection speed for Windows Media to l.5 Mbps under options/performance (this last step probably isn't needed but the first two are).
