Technical Opinion?

PBG seems to have difficulty rising above $30.00 which would make it seem to be a level of resistance. I had thought that there might have been support at $30.00 but there didn't seem to be any until about $27.00. Does anyone have an opinion about PBG from a technical perspective or otherwise? I am hoping that it will retest or pass its more recent high of $35.64. If it does I wonder if it will cycle down again immediately, as it seems to trade in a range?
