RE: Overt Signs Of potential failure

RE: Overt Signs Of potential failureBased on the standard timelines and precedent cases for each required approval, I have put together a potential timeline of the overall process. -June 29, 2007: Defenitive Agreement filed. -Aug. 3, 2007: All regulatory approvals filed. -Aug. 14, 2007: BCE Management Info Circular filed. -Sept. 3, 2007: U.S HSR approval expected. -Sept.10, 2007: Canadian Competition Act approval expected. -Sept.21, 2007: BCE Shareholder vote. -Early October, 2007: Court Hearing to approve the Plan of Arrangement. -Oct.13, 2007: Investment Canada approval expected. -Dec.1, 2007: Canadian CRTC and Industry Canada approval expected. -Dec.8, 2007: U.S. FCC approval expected. -Late December: Payment to BCE shareholders (20 Days after the deal's close date). This a best case scenario. But deal delay is possible.
