RE: New REITCharter REIT and Pure Industral, more competition for the WRK and HNT's of the CDN REIT inverse. The 7.#% yield on Pure seems to indicate that the "gun-to-your-head 2005" model has been laid by the wayside. Amen. Will do some due dilligence this weekend on the new REIT. Good luck too all. Tough times, indeed.
