Based on your comments M1 about NOT's very stringent use of halting on news, it seems that the permit approval, which is just a formality and not a result, seems an unlikely reason... Non? I have no idea why we have the halt, but I would be surprised if it was simply to announce news on the ramp permit approval... Does not seem substanial enough, and it is not an unknown or unexpected result. Regards, B.
