Insider TradingThanks for posting that definition of senior officer. I believe it is an accurate reflection of the current definition. I did some in-depth research on the subject this morning and it is a minefield of different interpretations based on each province's Securities' legislation. It seems that as long as you have privaledged info you become a senior officer for SEDI purposes. Talk about misleading terminology. Thus, lets us surmise that Mr Alan James has been going over the Sirit books with the intent .... and then he buys some stock for himself...what does that imply?
