Penny Gould

Penny GouldDid a little research to try and get a grasp of what's going on here. As of May 3rd Penny Gould held 502,663 shares of MIO, 99% of which were options and for services rendered ie. free shares. She did reach into her own pocket and bought about 5,000 shares a couple years ago for .31. All of a sudden on August 23 when she knew the PP was coming she did something she hasn't done for years, she bought shares in the public market. The interesting thing is that she has never paid over .31 in the public market and then all of a sudden she buys 1,000 shares for .71. For someone holding 502k shares and then taking the huge risk of adding another 1k for $710, well that speaks volumes about investor confidence. My question would than be, why would you buy shares on the open market when you knew there was a PP right around the corner where you could get them a lot cheaper. P.S. Next time buy a little more than 1K, then it might be believable.
