RE: MORE BIG NEWS!!!!Very positive news. The 820mcfpd is a test rate so not likely to produce at that rate BUT let's use 600mcfpd as a guess. Multiply by 80% WI and you get 480mcfpd. That is still 80boed compared to their Q1 production of 49boepd. So when this well comes online, NOG.v production should more than double.
They say they aren't going to produce until ngas prices firm up this winter. That could delay the good news but should still be a positive for part of Q4.
Looking ahead, NOG.v has their recent PP money to drill. I am hoping they go after some cheap wells in the Lloydminster area. These heavy oil wells are low producing at 10-50bpd but others have had high percentage success drilling the wells. I am hoping they hit their first several Lloydminster wells and can increase production further to the 200boepd range. Bobwins
