Trutch (small 8%) which is currently out of favor, but personally I think there are some goods there worth drilling for. Give up NS percentage (if there is any) in return. Give them our cash to help it all along. And don't forget a big increase in Canaccord influence.
I don't think it would be a bad combination, but the current price could make it ugly. Canaccord will get their way if it is their intent.
