In the short term the stock is apt tobe volatile, while Mr Market, the company and underwriters decide/negoiate a fair price for the offering. That price will then determine how many new shares will have to be issued, and thus how many shares will ultimately be outstanding to share the earnings pie. In the longer term, if the earnings estimates that have been put out by Versant & others proves correct, we are going to have one fine stock to own regardless of the short term gyrations and regardless of the offering price - though the higher the offering, the less shares to be issued, thus a higher EPS down the road. Following the uncertainty that may occur in the next few weeks, we will be looking at (hopefully) an award for the next round of the CREW3 program and maybe a few comments as to the likely magnitude of that program. I almost hope the stock tumbles in the next few weeks, as I will be adding if it does. All IMHO. Max
