That's a rather difficult question to answer, since there are so many variables. But for what it's worth, a new mill, from scratch, can be built for anywhere from $5 - $40 million, depending on size. Additional variables include type of gold being mined, reclamation costs, etc. Too soon to even guess with Beaver Dam, but pre-feasability studies expected next month might shed a little light on the topic.
