RE: Alboini''''s outrageous compensationI agree, this is way too much for a company losing money. If I read the Management Infomation Circular correctly, the board (???) has decided to limit Vic's compensation for this fiscal year to $900K plus 25% of net income over $1.8 million. Still way too much IMHO! Comments?
