NovAccess Global Inc. is a biopharmaceutical company, which develops immunotherapies to treat brain tumor patients in the United States. The Company specializes in research related to utilizing a patient’s own immune system to attack the cancer. Its dendritic cell-based immunotherapy utilizes a combination of Toll-like receptor adjuvants for an enhanced antitumor response. The therapy is designed to utilize the patient’s tumor antigens and immune cells, dendritic cells, in combination with TLR adjuvants to initiate an efficient antitumor immune response. This process includes obtaining the patients' tumor cells after surgery, and precursors cells that are matured into dendritic cells from peripheral blood. Its TLR-AD1 platform technology is a vaccine immunotherapy for the treatment of aggressive brain cancers, including glioblastoma and other high-grade gliomas. TLR-AD1 technology has a scope of use and is embodied in various different product lines for different clinical situations.

XSunX Milan Solar Trade Show

XSunX Milan Solar Trade ShowXsunX Leverages Milan Trade Show to Finalize 100MW Solar Module Production Facility Plans Ticker Symbol: U:XSNX ALISO VIEJO, Calif., Sept. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- XsunX, Inc. , working to launch the build-out of its planned 100MW Amorphous Silicon Solar Module production facility attended the 22nd European Photovoltaic Solar Energy Conference and Trade Show in Milan, Italy with a focus on finalizing vendor support for its core systems and meeting with interested pre-production capacity buyers. "In summary, this show proved to be a grand slam for XsunX," stated Joseph Grimes, XsunX's COO. "The Milan venue allowed us to finalize our plans, re-enforcing our selection of systems and component vendors, and confirming that PV module technology based on amorphous silicon and its derivatives is emerging back into prominence. Furthermore, discussions with parties interested in securing pre-production capacity guarantees continue to gain momentum and we anticipate that the launch of the build-out of our production facilities will generate binding agreements." XsunX believes that once consumers and system integrators realize that PV technology based around amorphous silicon can outperform other technologies on a per watt basis, interest in the Company's module line may grow dramatically. "Solar watts are priced under "peak" performance test conditions of 1000 watts per square meter and 25 degrees Celsius, yet virtually every solar technology on the market today is out performed by amorphous technology under low light and normal operating temperatures above 65 degrees Celsius," stated Tom Djokovich, XsunX's CEO. "The bottom line is that on an annualized basis, amorphous is superior to other technologies delivering more power per watt. Conventional crystalline silicon wafers, CIGS, and CdTe can see up to a 20% loss in production capability at normal operating temperatures above 65 degrees Celsius, and do not function well in early morning and evening light conditions. We believe that people investing in these other technologies are not getting what they paid for. Regardless of how many watts of rated power a particular solar module "could" deliver, the reality today is that you pay for a system's ideal potential and receive significantly lower efficiency." The Company had anticipated announcing the site selection for its planned facilities at the start of September, but additional and revised proposals from regions interested in establishing PV industry growth opportunities for their communities have provided the Company with incentive packages that warranted additional due diligence. The Company plans to provide its investors with final site selection soon and continues to review appropriate financing opportunities for the capital costs associated with the build-out of the proposed new facilities. Solar system integrators and others interested in discussing opportunities to secure pre-production module commitments, please contact XsunX sales at pre-sales@xsunx.com . About XsunX Based in Aliso Viejo, Calif., XsunX is developing and commercializing innovative new thin film photovoltaic (TFPV) solar cell technologies and manufacturing processes to service expanding global energy demands. The Company has made plans to build a multi-megawatt solar module production facility in the United States to meet the growing demand for solar cell products used in large scale commercial projects, utility power fields, power purchase installations, and other on-grid applications. Employing a phased roll out of production capacity, XsunX plans to grow its capacities to 100 megawatts by the end of 2009.
