Spoke with Mr. Booth again today...

Spoke with Mr. Booth again today...Just got off the phone with Ken... They are quite happy to have found Jack given his experience and Ken reports that he is quite methodical in his approach. They are still considering AGORACOM to supplement IR. They will make this decision soon. 43-101 is delayed purely due to the fact the engineering firm is swamped. They have done their best to "light a fire under them", but the bottom line is that everyone is just so busy. It seems that they are now at the report writing phase. Ken mentioned that this is the more loathed part of the process amongst engineers, as they would rather be out getting their hands dirty than writing reports. So, combine that with the fact that they are all very busy, and there you have our cause for the delays - aside from the fact mentioned earlier about the change in staff casuing the process to be restarted nearly from scratch. I asked him for a timeframe for the 43-101 being released but he would not commit, stating that early estimates and been so off the mark that he was unwilling to give specifics. When pushed, he did say that it would definitely be less than two months. When I asked if he thought it would be another month, he would not say, but I get the impression he thinks a few more weeks. He kept stressing that it will be smuch sooner rather than later. I think we should not expect to see the 43-101 for another 3-4 weeks. In any case, it is out of their hands... All they can do is wait for the engineering firm to complete it. On a side note, it seems word is getting out about NOT, as even Ken mentioned their recent discovery during our conversation. He had been alerted of their recent results by someone he had recent contact with, but could not recall who had first spoke to him about the company (until I reminded him it was me)... The word is spreading. Regards, B.
