Heres what Voisey pulled to get $8.00 a shareI just picked this Quote up and thought you guys may be interested.
Hole 5 is what could really drive this crazy .....
Notice hole 5 release
Hole NOT-04-05, observed to be the most significant hole to date, was positioned 50 meters to the northeast of Holes NOT-07-01 and 02 and was drilled vertically at the peak of a magnetic anomaly to ascertain the magnetic body's more precise location. After 6 meters of overburden and one meter of limestone, peridotite with interstitial chalcopyrite, pyrrhotite and pentlandite was encountered to a core depth of 47.4 meters. Between 47.4 and 112.6 meters massive chalcopyrite, pyrrhotite and pentlandite was observed. Then from 112.6 to 123.3 meters peridotite with interstitial chalcopyrite and pyrrhotite was observed. Between 123.3 and 124.4 meters, another massive section of chalcopyrite, pyrrhotite and pentlandite was observed. The hole then remained in peridotite until 127.4 meters core length, then entered granodiorite until the end of the hole at 143.4 meters
COMPARE>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
This was the actual drill core that made people notice VOISEY .....
The actual results of Voisey's Bay 2nd core sample graded the following: 2.23 per cent nickel, 1.47 per cent copper and 0.123 per cent cobalt over 33 meters. "The day of the announcement, Diamond Fields' stock price nearly doubled to close at $8.00 a share on the VSE, up from $4.65 the day before.
There is also one other little excerpt: "Are you sure that you can see the pentlandite crystals? Yes Mike, they're as big as my fingernail." (everyone look at the core sample photos on Noront's site ?)
OK does it all sound like BLAH BLAH !!!! what does the rock mean .
HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.
Good question ..................
example..........
Breccia ores (Fig. 7D) contain rock clasts and silicate grains suspended in a matrix of sulphide (mostly pyrrhotite with patchy grains of pentlandite; chalcopyrite often penetrates the rock clasts). A distinctive feature of Sudbury sulphide-rich ores and the hosting sublayer is the presence of clasts of ultramafic rock
OR Voisey style finds .....
Example..................
Voisey's Bay: The Ni-Cu sulphide ores at Voisey's Bay are associated with the troctolitic Voisey's Bay Intrusion, a part of the anorogenic Nain Plutonic Suite in Labrador. These deposits have similarities to those at Noril'sk in that the role of a feeder system appears crucial to the accumulation of sulphides.
Sulphide assemblages consist of the usual pyrrhotite-pentlandite-chalcopyrite, with additional troilite and magnetite. Pyrrhotite grain size is exceptionally coarse, up to 20 cm, in the massive sulphide ore, while pentlandite forms finer exsolution grains and lamellae. The Ni, Cu, and Co resources for the Voisey's Bay deposit / camp are given in Table 2.
So what does it mean .............
In simple terms they told you what was in the sample...
They can do field tests to test for certain minerials .IE( DYE TEST)
They wording is such that they said HEY !!!!!!!!!
We found all the minerials that make Nickel and Copper Deposits happen........AND it was over almost 100 Meters.......
Has that ever been found HMMMMMMMMMMM not in my lifetime..........
Careful where they said changed wording to massive chalcopyrite, pyrrhotite and pentlandite ..That can be seen in the Picture ...
YEP IT IS MASSIVE >....................
Anyways READ ........... you will find the info .........
NORONT HAS ALREADY TOLD YOU ..............HENCE THE BUYING !!!!!!!!
Good Link to read .......
