Analysis of news releaseThis is a VERY SIGNIFICANT NEWS RELEASE not only are the results of hole #3 excellent but the IMPLICATIONS OF THE RESULTS OF HOLES # 4 AND # 5 ARE HUGE.
Hole # 3 intersects 510 meters of .53% Cu and .043% Mo over the entire length! The Aquila delivers another successful hole! The main porphyry zone continues to show consistent grades throughout – 399 meters grading .64% Cu and .045% Mo. The remaining 111 meters outside the porphyry zone graded .13% Cu .035% Mo. The value of the ore outside the porphyry zone allows the engineers to economically enlarge the pit design, thus recovering more of the high-grade ore zone deeper in the deposit.
Hole # 3 reaffirms the extension of the deposit to the west and enhances the economics of the deposit.
Hole # hole 4 and # 5 will be critical to extending the deposit to the east. The earlier copies of the drill plan distributed to you show the first section expected to be waste rock before entering the porphyry. The porphyry outside this waste section was only a geological theory. The news release states that holes # 4 and 5 did encounter porphyry and it was mineralized. This appears to affirm the expected results and is very significant in enlarging the deposit to the east.
Stay tuned for the assay results of hole #4 / #5.
With the present results and implications of results to follow, I would recommend that those who have not filled their desired shareholdings that you consider doing so before the assay results for holes #4 and 5.
The drill analysis of assay results for hole # 3 and information of holes #4 and 5 are my own. I own a significant position in the company and have been awarded stock options as a consultant for the company.
