RE: Bought Deal Financing1.86$ per share + 0.65 warrants (not the usual 0.5). I can remember a BTV interview with our CEO saying that we had different options for subbornate financing and also that a share dilution would have been better if done north of 2.5$ (US$) per share. Under that price mark he said it would have been better to bring in a partner, and there were more than one of them interested. Does anyone recall that interview? Also, will these 45 million dollars (+ yesterday's debt announcement) be enough capital? Don't we need some 600 million total capex?
