Cleland on BNN yesterday

Cleland on BNN yesterdayGood points, Darbygirl. https://broadband.bnn.ca/bnn/?id=2237&vid=14237 Here's the link to yesterday's interview on BNN. I don't think it will be up for long, so I'll highlight some of the key points he made. * revenue base in Canada 100M profitable can generate .03 earnings in next 12 mo alone. 13K points of purchase in Canada * Just signed US licensing agreement provides 90% margins, almost all revenue goes to bottom line. Current 25K points of purchase thru installed US base. Hoping to see another distributor/partner soon. * UAE license can provide .02/share earnings. * Saudi Arabia another potential market. Currently 1B refreshes/year on prepaid cards. At .01/transaction, you can see how the EPS can grow. Hoping that something happens by the end of the year. Building that business would be a 5 year process, but the earnings could be .20/share from that. At the start of the interview, Cleland listed the criteria he uses for investments for the Northern Rivers Innovation Fund: 1. Focus on tech, health care, and resources 2. Core feature cos with a sustainable competitive advantage for more than 3 years So, Lenticular, you got in just in time. Altho' most of the buyers during yesterday's scramble were small investors.
