Hi Bigdog! I did not ask Don what kind of NRs may be coming out. I did chat with Don and Kathy at the Vegas show and they emphasized that signing a CA with an interested party does not mean that a deal has been completed, and therefore I would think it is not newsworthy on its own. A CA just ensures that the other company cannot use the information disclosure to go out and stake nearby property or any other action that would compromise ER based on the information they share. cheers!
